CMS & Case Study Card Redesign for JSP Events

Jay Siegan Presents is a boutique artist agency providing live and virtual entertainment services.

JSP Events, a premium entertainment and talent booking agency, wanted a refreshed design for their case study cards that better reflected their brand’s high-end, experiential feel.

JSP Events approached me to improve how their case studies were organized, displayed, and presented on their website. Their existing setup mixed event case studies with other important content in a shared CMS, and the outdated card design no longer reflected the premium nature of their brand. The goal was to create a clean, flexible, and scalable system that highlighted their event portfolio in a polished and modern way.

Project Goals

• Separating event case studies into a new dedicated CMS
• Redesigning outdated case study cards
• Implementing filtering by event type (Corporate, Virtual, Wedding, Fundraising & Galas, Private Events) using Finsweet Attributes
• Displaying their services on each card and linking them to service pages
• Adding intelligent carousel displays on each case study page

One of the most important decisions was to relocate the descriptive panel beneath the image instead of layering it on top. This ensured:

• Faces and key details remain visible
• Every event photo can be appreciated fully
• The card feels cleaner and more premium
• No guessing is required about photo composition

What I Delivered

1. Created a new dedicated CMS for Case Studies
2. Redesigned the case study cards for a modern look
3. Added dynamic filtering by event type
4. Displayed all services on each card (with linked service pages)
5. Added a smart carousel for related Case Studies

The redesign created a clean, modern, and highly functional case study experience that shows JSP’s work at its best.

Now JSP has:

• A dedicated CMS architecture that’s scalable and easy to update
• A visually striking case study card design
• A filtering system that allows clients to find relevant work quickly
• Dynamic service linking for improved SEO and usability
• A related-projects carousel that increases engagement

This system now fully supports the brand’s storytelling, elevates the user experience, and provides JSP the flexibility they need to manage future case studies with ease.
