Project Overview
Votal AI approached me with an exciting challenge: they were expanding into the semiconductor space and needed a rebrand that would speak directly to field engineers, systems designers, and technical leaders. While their platform was already powerful, their messaging and positioning didn’t fully reflect the new direction — or the sophistication of the product they had built.
Problem Description
Votal had built a robust AI platform with tools for hiring, onboarding, and training, but as they shifted their focus to the semiconductor industry, their website and brand identity no longer aligned with their target audience.
Here’s what wasn’t working:
- The messaging was too broad and didn’t speak to engineers or technical decision-makers.
- There was no clear identity for their new flagship product, which supported field and systems engineering workflows.
- The site layout treated all offerings equally, which made it hard to prioritize their new strategic direction.
Solution
To reposition Votal for this new vertical, I focused on clarity, hierarchy, and credibility.
🔹 Introduced a New Product Identity
We used the name Agentic AI-powered assistant: AISYS — a purpose-built systems engineer designed to support field ops, documentation, and real-time collaboration.
🔹 Rewrote the Messaging
We led with a new benefit-driven headline:
“Agentic AI Platform for Employee Productivity for Stronger Teams”
🔹Reorganized the Site Flow
I restructured the homepage and product pages to:
- Put AISYS front and center
- Create a clear narrative from problem to solution
- Move Votal’s other tools (like interview automation and training) into supporting roles

Outcome
The rebrand gave Votal a bold new presence in the semiconductor space. The new messaging helped technical stakeholders instantly understand what the product does and how it fits into their workflows.
