Case Study: White-Label Webflow Partnership with a Digital Agency

Overview
When a seasoned agency owner reached out looking for Webflow support, it was clear from the first message that this wasn't a one-off project. Her agency had been building websites since the early days of hand-coded HTML and was now making the exciting transition into Webflow and Relume. The technical foundation was solid. What she needed was a trusted partner who could fill the gaps, move quickly, and work seamlessly behind the scenes.
That's where I came in.
The Collaboration
We started with a signed contractor agreement and a simple scope: Webflow guidance, CMS consulting, development support, and Relume workflow assistance across active client projects. Work came in through ClickUp tasks, with real-time communication over WhatsApp for quick questions and clarifications. No lengthy back and forth, no delays. Just a clean, efficient working rhythm.
Within the first few weeks we were already deep in it.
What I Worked On
The projects varied, which is exactly what makes this kind of agency partnership interesting. Across a couple of active client builds I handled:
Responsive layout fixes.
One project had product cards where the text overlay needed to sit cleanly at the bottom regardless of how long the text ran. I worked through the flex layout to make it bulletproof across content lengths and screen sizes.

Mobile navigation.
The mobile menu needed a full styling pass, including button styling that wouldn't conflict with desktop classes, fixing an inherited Current state that was turning nav links black, and adding centered social icons that were only visible on mobile. Each of these was a small detail, but together they made the difference between a menu that just works and one that feels polished.
CMS evaluation.
For one client the agency was weighing whether Webflow CMS would be user-friendly enough for the end client to manage independently. I walked through the strengths and limitations with her so she could make a confident recommendation to her client.

Decorative footer treatment.
One build called for a decorative image sitting on top of the footer, inspired by a reference site. I rebuilt it cleanly using absolute positioning so it became part of the global footer component and scaled properly across breakpoints.
Class naming and Relume workflow.
As the builds grew, I helped audit and rename section classes so the codebase stayed readable and maintainable, replacing vague Relume defaults with names that actually described the content.

The White-Label Dynamic
Throughout all of this, the end clients had no idea I was involved. That's the nature of white-label work, and it's something I take seriously. My job was to make the agency look great, not to get credit in front of their clients. Everything I delivered went through the agency, and the working relationship stayed clean and professional throughout.
The Result
Within about a month, here's what Karen had to say on Contra:
"I have had the pleasure of working with Bernice for about a month now. She is a proficient Webflow developer and a true collaborator. When I ask for UX/UI input, she brings great thoughtfulness and care to the conversation. She particularly shines in the finer details, such as mobile menu styling and interactions. Bernice is kind, approachable, and genuinely knows her stuff. I recommend her unreservedly and look forward to continuing to work with her."
What This Kind of Partnership Looks Like
This collaboration is a good example of what white-label Webflow support actually looks like in practice. It's not just execution. It's being the person an agency can think out loud with, bring tricky problems to, and trust to handle the technical side while they focus on the client relationship.
If you run an agency that's building in Webflow and you could use a reliable technical partner in your corner, I would love to connect.
